We're working with an award-winning housebuilder to recruit a Senior Property Manager to take a client-side lead on their growing portfolio of residential developments. This is a full-time, permanent role offering the chance to join a reputable firm with a strong pipeline and a people-first culture.

Role Overview:

Manage residential blocks across multiple developments
Oversee managing agents and ensure service charge and safety compliance
Lead property handovers and manage customer queries/escalations
Liaise with sales, legal, and finance departments on budgets and documentation
Attend resident AGMs and manage communication with associations and tenants
Support on group letting, surplus land, and commercial property responsibilities

Candidate Requirements:

3+ years in residential property/block management
MIRPM qualification desirable
Service charge and lease interpretation expertise
Financial awareness and strong stakeholder skills
Comfortable with MS Word, Excel, and reporting tools
