What will you do?
Cover is required pending implementation of Corporate management restructure.
Management of the team responsible for the Council's leased out estate which generates £6m p.a. Duties include ensuring that all rent reviews and lease renewals are completed, lettings. licences, landlord and tenant matters, management of allocated budgets, rent arrears etc.
The post holder is also responsible for coordination of the Council's annual asset valuation.
 
What do you need?  
To be successful in your application for this role you will need to demonstrate ALL the following on application and through the interview process:
·UK resident
·MUST have minimum 3 years experience of working in a local authority at a senior level
·complex organisation at a senior level
·MUST be RICS qualified and Registered Valuers.  
·MUST have use of car
