Our well-known Social Housing, Property Maintenance Client is currently looking to hire an experienced Multi Trader.

In this role, you will be working on tenanted social housing properties, ensuring the maintenance and reactive repair tasks are carried out to a high standard.

Permanent salary will be offered £40,000 per annum

* 20 days holiday + bank holidays

* 8am to 5:30pm (42.5h per week)

Requirements:

* Must have experience in doing wet rooms.

* Experience: Joinery or Carpentry, plumbing, tiling, patch plastering.

* Social Housing experience

* NVQ Level 2 or Equivalent

* Passport/Right to Work

* Clean DBS Certificate

* Driving Licence (Up to 6 points is allowed)
