🔹 Managing a varied caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters
🔹 Handling contract disputes, property litigation, debt recovery, and employment disputes
🔹 Advising clients on dispute resolution strategies, mediation, and court proceedings
🔹 Drafting legal documents, witness statements, and pleadings
🔹 Representing clients in negotiations, hearings, and tribunals
🔹 Providing high-quality legal advice while ensuring compliance with regulations

✅ 3+ years PQE in Litigation
✅ Strong technical knowledge and advocacy skills
✅ Excellent negotiation and client management abilities
✅ Ability to handle cases independently and work under pressure
