Our client is a global tech and travel business. They are looking for a candidate with 2-4 years of experience in office management in a large company.the ideal candidate will have experience with large office relocation (100 employees +) to help with Office relocation which is taking place in the first half of 2025. In addition to physically helping with this, there may be some elements of research for new vendors, managing disposals, creating inventory lists as well as coordinating the cancellation of existing contracts. There will also be an element of decommissioning the current office too.
The role will also cover general office management and office reception duties.There will be a month-long handover with the existing office manager. Responsibilities
- Supporting a large office relocation project starting in 2025
- Ordering office supplies for the office
- Helping with receiving guests and visitors
- Dealing with office equipment, and service vendors
- Handling interactions with new vendors (especially related to office moves)
- Coordinating the dismissal of existing supplier and vendor contracts
Requirements
- 2-4 years experience in office management experience, preferably in a large organisation
- Experience in supporting and organising office moves of more than 100 staff (This is essential and non-negotiable).
- Office administration skills, handling phone, reception, visitors, and guests in a professional manner
- Experience in dealing with service vendors, and handling onboarding new vendors, negotiating and agreements
- Impeccable communication skills in English (Written and Spoken)
- Experience with Google Workspace (Highly desirable)
