Salary: £150 - £220/day weekly pay

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special needs? Do you have experience supporting students with diverse learning needs? Your Teaching Ltd is partnering with a welcoming and inclusive school in Ashford to find a dedicated Special Needs Teacher to join their fantastic team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Delivering tailored, high-quality education to students with a range of special educational needs (SEN), including autism, learning disabilities, and physical disabilities.

* Planning and implementing individual education plans (IEPs) to meet the unique needs of each student.

* Working closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and parents to provide holistic support.

* Creating a nurturing and supportive classroom environment that encourages students' personal and academic growth.

* Tracking progress and reporting on student outcomes to ensure the best possible learning experience.

* Promoting positive behaviour and ensuring student well-being.

Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

* Experience teaching students with special educational needs, particularly within primary or secondary education settings.

* Strong knowledge of SEN frameworks, strategies, and best practices.

* Ability to work flexibly and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* A compassionate, patient, and positive attitude towards students with additional needs.
