As an Associate Mechanical Engineer, you will lead MEP projects, contribute to the mechanical team, and collaborate with a diverse UK MEP team of over 125 engineers and technicians. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including residential buildings, research facilities, leisure, mixed-use developments, and refurbishments. This role offers a blend of technical delivery, project management, mentor-ship, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage MEP projects and the mechanical team.
Communicate directly with clients, offering innovative design solutions.
Develop and maintain client relationships, including contractors, architects, and developers.
Prepare technical and financial proposals.
Manage workloads and project resources.
Prepare technical specifications and monitor financial performance of projects.Skills & Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
Professional registration with a relevant institution (e.g., CIBSE, IMechE).
Extensive mechanical design experience in an MEP consultancy, with project leadership experience.
Diverse sector experience, ideally with large-scale projects.
