  • Applicants must be based locally to Donnington or be within a commutable distance - as you will be required to work from the business premises at least 2 days per week


Our client, in the Hair & Beauty Industry have instructed us to find a confident , enthusiastic and energetic, Tik Tok Account Manager and live-streaming host.
The purpose of the role is to grow the clients followers, and create loyalty to the brand to drive orders and sales.
Main duties & Responsibilities include:


  • Demonstrating and presenting hair & beauty products, as a live shopping assistant, while hosting the room, including speaking and responding to the live chat.

  • Great communicator , natural conversationalist ,talkative
  • Well presented
  • Fun & Engaging personality
  • Great at public speaking and engaging with an audience.
  • Have a fun personality that shines through on camera.
  • Understanding of Tik Tok with an interest in Social Media
  • Understanding the health & beauty market
  • Sales / results driven
  • Wants to work in a fast-paced and growing industry, and contribute to the success
  • TV, Film, or Social Media channel video hosting experience would be distinctly advantageous, as would experience of Tik Tok shop for business.


Duties:

  • Prepare content for different livestream audiences
  • Research & Collaborate with team members to optimise live times
  • Effectively engage with audience -answering questions / chat features
  • Be able to assess the success of the livestream and make improvements / adaptations accordingly
