We are recruiting for a company based in Portslade who are looking for their next full time, permanent Operations Support Administrator. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to work only 4 days a week as you are given the option to work 8am - 6pm over only 4 days or you can work 9am - 5pm over 5 days. The salary on offer for you is £23,500 - £24,500 and also includes free parking, fruit and tea and coffee too!

Duties include:

  • Assisting with recruitment for workers, matching them to the appropriate needs and job vacancy
  • Tracking arrival and departure dates and times of workers
  • Communicating with internal departments and stakeholders to assist with queries and issues as they arise
  • Relationship building and liaising with clients and offering support
  • Ensure all records and database are kept updated

This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring everything runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible and will utilise your communication and coordination skills. You must be able to focus and prioritise while working to deadlines in a very fast paced environment. This friendly and supportive team will help and support you in busy times and needs someone who equally works well in a team, focusing on achieving one goal together.
