Signage & Graphics Sales Manager- £40k-£53k dependent on experience- Halesowen, West Midlands (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify leads in the signage and graphics industry.
  • Develop sales presentations showcasing our signage and graphics capabilities.
  • Work with clients to understand their signage and graphics needs.
  • Collaborate on proposals that highlight the benefits of our signage and graphics solutions.
  • Use BaseCamp or similar CRM software to manage leads and track sales activities.
  • Visit customers to obtain a project brief and undertake basic site surveys (complex surveys will be handled by the Installation Manager).

The Person

To be considered for this role, you’ll need to:

  • Possess excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals in the signage and graphics industry.
  • Experience selling to architects, designers, and business owners who require signage and graphics solutions.
  • Understanding of different signage materials, fabrication methods, and permitting processes.
  • Understand all relevant processes in the day-to-day running of a company.
  • Must have a portfolio of existing loyal customers that can be brought over to the company.
  • Exhibit leadership skills within all areas of the business, not just in sales.
  • Be eager to play a key role in taking the company forward, with the option of a potential investment opportunity.
  • Must be within easy commuting distance to Halesowen.
