Due to growth our established client is looking to recruit for a Sales and Marketing Director. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, enhancing brand visibility, and fostering strong customer relationships.

The role:

* Developing and implementing creative selling strategies for sales representatives.* Building & leading teams to achieve desired revenue targets* Participating in board meetings and reporting directly to the executive board.* Steering the direction of sales and marketing efforts in relation to industry developments, products, and services* Identifying new areas of sales development and creating a strategic and targeted plan to actively engage those markets* Taking new products to market in a creative and exciting way that will engage.* Overseeing sales, marketing, SEO, social media, and budget.* Developing and executing yearly sales and marketing plans.* Creating strategies to grow sales and revenue, working closely with other departments to understand their capacities and capabilities and playing to our strengths

Experience:

* Proven experience in a sales or marketing management role* Strong leadership skills.* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and market trends.* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
