Their residential property team has many years of experience in delivering high-quality work in all matters relating to residential property in England and Wales.

They have a strong and loyal client base and take a huge amount of pride in the level of services they provide their clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential property transactions, ensuring a smooth and efficient conveyancing process from inception to completion.

You will:

• Be able to manage your own caseloads independently
• Have excellent knowledge of all residential conveyancing matters
• Be a Qualified Solicitor, CILEX or Licensed Conveyancer.
• Be able to work autonomously on complex legal matters
• Ability and keenness to build and maintain client relationships
