Finance Assistant

Advertising Agency | Central London | 28k - 35k depending on experience| Hybrid

A rapidly growing advertising agency are on the search for a finance assistant to join their dynamic team.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, this is a an excellent opportunity to be part of a fun, vibrant agency undergoing an exciting transition from an independent agency to becoming part of a larger group.

Responsibilities - Finance Assistant

• Process supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and correct approvals
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare payment runs
• Communicate with suppliers regarding invoices and payment queries
• Assist with month-end close

The Person - Finance Assistant

• Previous experience in an accounts payable or related role ideally within creative services
• Confident & proactive individual comfortable talking to wider agency staff at all seniority levels
• Strong numerical and organisation skills
• Proficiency in accounting softwares (e.g. Paprika, Maconomy, SAP etc)
• Strong working knowledge in Excel
