Motor claims experience preferred, but we are happy to consider those who have managed any other type of claims including travel, household, PPI/financial claims etc, as well as candidate with customer service experience within an insurance environment.

The role will involve managing policyholder claims, both fault and non fault, aiming to get the customer back on the road as soon as possible, controlling claims spend and offering a best in class service. Full spec available on application.

Office based in Salford Quays, right by the tram stop, with parking available on site.

Salary depends on skills and experience but will fall within the £24-28k range. Above mentioned annual bonuses and mega benefits package including 6% employer pension contributions.
