As a Personal Property Advisor, you will work closely with our field agents (estate agents), vendors, and buyers to effectively progress property sales through to completion. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and coordinate the sales process, utilising your expertise in CRM systems and case management. Success in this role will be measured by your ability to effectively manage the sales pipeline and achieve completions in line with company targets.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Collaborate closely with field agents, vendors, and buyers to ensure efficient progress of property sales from initial agreement to completion.
- Utilise CRM systems and case management tools to manage and track the progress of each sale, ensuring all necessary documentation and information are obtained and processed in a timely manner.
- Communicate regularly with vendors, buyers, and other stakeholders, providing updates on the status of the sale and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Coordinate property surveys, valuations, and inspections to facilitate the sales process.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations throughout the sales process.
- Proactively identify and address potential obstacles or delays, working to find solutions and maintain the momentum of the sale.
- Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring key milestones and deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with field agents and internal teams to resolve queries or discrepancies that may impact the progress of the sale.
- Maintain accurate records of each sale's progress, documentation, and communication in the CRM system.
- Continuously improve and streamline the sales progression process to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to pipeline management and completions, aligning with company targets and objectives.
Skills and Experience Required
- Previous experience in a sales progression or similar role within the estate agency industry.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and case management tools, with the ability to effectively utilise these platforms for sales progression.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling professional interactions with vendors, buyers, and other stakeholders.
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to property sales.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities to anticipate and address potential obstacles in the sales process.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with field agents and internal teams.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping.
- Results-oriented mindset, driven to achieve and exceed sales progression targets.
