My client is a well-established and prestigious law firm currently on the lookout for an experience Residential Real Estate Partner to join their team in SW London.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the residential real estate team.
• Handle your own caseload of residential real estate matters.
• Provide guidance and support to team members on complex legal issues.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Contribute to the firm’s business development and marketing initiatives.
• Represent the firm in panels and associations to enhance our professional presence.

The Ideal Candidate:

• At least 8 years PQE within Residential Property
• Proven management experience.
• Strong networking and business development skills.
• Proficient in IT
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Initiative and a proactive, pragmatic approach to work.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, busy environment.
• Strong team collaboration skills.
