Sales Support Executive

Manchester

£25,000 per annum + commission

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Support Executive to join our client in their central Manchester offices. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous sales or sales support experience who is looking for their next challenge.

The role is hybrid (4 days a week on site with flexible shift patterns) so successful candidates will need to be able to travel to the Manchester site.

What you'll be doing as a Sales Support Executive -

• Support the sales team by helping to create proposals, presentations and written quotations
• Deal with inbound client queries via Salesforce
• Use client data to help drive retention.
• Ensure any complaints are handled quickly and effectively

What experience we're looking for -

• Previous sales, upselling or contact centre experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Great problem solving skills
• Computer literate as you'll be using several in house systems
