Job Title: Sales Advisor

Location: Preston

Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 per annum

The Opportunity:

Are you a Sales Advisor who excels at creating and closing new opportunities? Do you have a consultative approach to selling, with the ability to identify and qualify leads for both new and existing customers?

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Managing own diary and showcasing properties to prospective customers
• Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
• Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
• Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Successful track record in B2C sales
• Experience preferred within the property industry is preferred
• Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
• Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Happy to work weekends
