Early Help Manager
 
Service care Solution are currently recruiting for an Early Help Manager in Tower Hamlets.
 
The Early Help Manager will ensure that families continue to receive high-quality support, safeguarding remains robust, and strategic leadership within the service is maintained.
 
Pay rate - £29.07 PAYE / £40.10 Umbrella per hour
 
Main Responsibilities
 
As an Early Help Manager you will be responsible for:

Providing strategic and operational leadership to the MAST Early Help Team.
Overseeing casework, managing risk, and ensuring effective allocation of cases.
Coordinating with MAST partners to ensure families receive the right support at the right time.
Leading on performance management, ensuring targets and service outcomes are met.
Supervising and developing staff, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
Monitoring trends in family support needs and ensuring high-quality record-keeping. 
Requirements:

Enhanced DBS
Relevant qualification at Level 4 in education, social care, childcare, health services OR relevant professional child or family focused qualification.
A demonstrable expert understanding and knowledge of the national and local context for and operations of Children's Services, with a particular focus and Early Help.
