We are seeking a skilled Application Architect to join our Group IT team. This role is crucial in designing, building, and maintaining the core business applications that drive our business. You’ll play a key role in defining application roadmaps, ensuring systems performance, and delivering secure and efficient solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and develop application solutions that align with business goals.
• Lead technical architecture for assigned projects and new application initiatives.
• Define and maintain architecture strategies and roadmaps.
• Select and implement appropriate technologies, tools and frameworks.
• Integrate security measures into the application architecture.
• Ensure smooth integration with backend systems, APIs, and cloud services.
• Develop technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and standards.
• Oversee performance, scalability, and security aspects of applications.

About You

• First of all, you have a minimum of 5 years of experience in software architecture and development.
• You have strong experience in ABL, OpenEdge v11 & v12, Open Telemetry, PASOE.
• You have experience in REST API integration, data replication, CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with .NET technologies is a plus.
• You have agile development experience (Scrum).
• You have strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
