Achieve Professionals are seeking a qualified Solicitor or member of CILEX to join a busy conveyancing department at a friendly high street law firm in Stockton-on-Tees.

The role will involve handling purchases, sales, remortgages, transfers of equity and leasehold transactions. Commercial experience would also be desirable as the role will involve some commercial work such as leases.

Requirements:

• 3 years experience of managing your own conveyancing caseload
• Qualified Solicitor or member of CILEX
