Key Responsibilities:

Managing ground investigation projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and budget targets are met
Overseeing site operations to collect data and assess ground conditions
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop efficient and effective geotechnical solutions
Maintaining client relationships through effective communication and project management
Preparing and delivering detailed technical reports and project documentation
Providing leadership and mentoring to junior team members and site engineers
Implementing health, safety, and environmental protocols on all project sites
Monitoring project performance and ensuring timely delivery of milestones

Job Requirements:

Experience in geotechnical engineering, with a focus on ground investigation
Proficiency in managing and leading projects in a cross-sector environment
Understanding of geotechnical data collection, analysis, and reporting
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
A degree in geotechnical engineering or engineering geology
Experience in project management or a high-level site agent role
