Contracts Manager - Yorkshire

Salary - £45k + Benefits

Working Hours - Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week

Contracts Manager - TXM are currently looking for a Contracts Manager to join a Property Services company, working on their social housing contracts covering the Yorkshire patch. On these social housing contracts, the Contracts Manager will be overseeing kitchen and bathroom works on void and tenanted properties.

The Contracts Manager will be responsible for -

* Ensuring all Site Managers, site and subcontract staff have relevant experience and qualifications

* Running different contracts

* Completing work on time, within budget and up to standard

* Health and Safety knowledge and implementation

* Conducting risk assessments (general and specific)

* Mobilising allocated projects

* Working alongside clients and attending all progress, branch and team meetings while building relationships

* Understanding company policies and procedures

* Working with a range of internal and external teams - such as admin when placing orders for equipment, plant, receipts etc, Operations Manager when it comes to audit processes and more

* Reporting to the Project Director

Contracts Manager Specification -

* Must have SMSTS

* Managers Card

* Full UK Driving Licence

* Experience working in a similar position

* Social housing experience
