We are excited to offer the role of Administration Coordinator, a key position within our team that ensures the smooth operation of our administrative functions. This role is office-based and offers the opportunity to work closely with various departments, providing exceptional customer service and support to our business operations.

Day to Day of the Role:
  • Coordinate workloads within the administration team to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Offer proactive support to the Sales Team by managing administrative duties, allowing them to focus on business development.
  • Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring all tasks are completed to plan.
  • Develop strong cross-functional relationships for mutual understanding and effective teamwork.
  • Consult with stakeholders and the admin team to discuss and implement new processes and best practices.
  • Drive personal development and support the development of the team.
  • Use company systems proficiently for development work and customer orders.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with internal teams and, occasionally, directly with customers.
  • Maintain up-to-date procedures and document new processes.
  • Specialise in at least one area of product making or bespoke customer support.
  • Demonstrate behaviour consistent with the company’s values and adhere to safety policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with colleagues and customers.
  • Computer literacy and the ability to learn and use company in-house systems.
  • A positive ‘can do’ attitude and experience working in a service environment.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Decisive with solid problem-solving skills.
Desired:
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
