Known for their premium products and innovative approach, our client is a leader in performance-driven solutions, blending form and function to deliver exceptional results for both B2C and B2B markets.This role is a unique opportunity for a Paid Media Manager to join their Warrington-based marketing team. With responsibilities split between their premium hardware brand and a high-growth e-commerce platform, the successful candidate will play a key role in driving profitable growth through Paid Media channels.Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive Paid Media strategy, focusing on Paid Search, Shopping, Paid Social, Video, and Affiliates.
  • Oversee daily management and optimisation of search accounts, either directly or with agency support.
  • Drive immediate trading performance while maintaining a strategic long-term focus on account development.
  • Communicate performance updates and trading insights to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
  • Lead and grow key channels, including affiliates, media partnerships, and influencer collaborations.
  • Work with in-house creative teams to optimise Paid Social campaigns for both branding and direct response.
  • Define KPI frameworks, roadmaps, and reporting processes for Paid Media activities.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve site conversion rates and maximise ROI.
Skills and Experience Required
  • Strong background in Paid Search, with experience managing retail or media agency campaigns in fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with affiliate and paid social channels, or experience managing specialists in these areas.
  • A trading mindset, capable of balancing immediate performance needs with strategic goals.
  • Exceptional communication skills to articulate strategy and results to diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to prioritise tasks that drive the greatest business impact.
  • A test-and-learn mentality, with a focus on driving incremental growth through experimentation.
  • A collaborative mindset and desire to develop into a leadership role.
