The Role

Our client, a fast-growing and ambitious professional services firm, is looking for a Commercial Finance Analyst with an entrepreneurial mindset to work on high-profile financial projects and strategic business decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Analysing financial data to drive strategic business decisions.
• Conducting due diligence on acquisition targets, assessing risks and opportunities.
• Leading commercial analysis to support expansion plans and investment strategies.
• Challenging ideas and presenting financial insights to senior leadership.
• Developing financial models to assess business performance and future growth.
• Acting as a key financial contact post-acquisitions, ensuring smooth integration.

The Person

We're looking for a bold, commercially driven finance professional who isn't afraid to push boundaries and engage in strategic conversations at the highest level.

The ideal candidate will be:

• ACA/ACCA qualified, with a strong commercial and strategic finance background.
• Entrepreneurial in mindset, with a passion for business growth and value creation.
• Confident in presenting financial insights and challenging C-suite decision-making.
• Highly analytical, with a keen eye for identifying risks and opportunities.
• Adaptable, innovative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Confident in financial modelling, data interpretation, and commercial reporting.

The Salary

• £50,000 - £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
