We are seeking an experienced CRM Dynamics 365 Developer with a strong background in building model-driven applications to support lead management and related business processes. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365, with hands-on expertise in Power Platform tools, integration, and automation.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and deploy model-driven apps in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to support lead management and other CRM processes.
- Create and maintain custom automation using Power Automate, plugins, workflows, and business process flows.
- Configure and extend Microsoft Dataverse to meet business requirements.
- Develop and customize CRM solutions using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Build and implement components using the PowerApps Component Framework (PCF).
- Leverage experience in Dynamics 365 Sales, Service, and Marketing modules for tailored solutions.
- Apply Agile methodologies and DevOps practices throughout the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM with external systems using REST APIs.
Required Skills & Experience:- 3-5 years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related technologies.
