Position: Mechanical Engineer (Plumbing)
Location: North East
Salary: £23 per hour PAYE
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week- shift dependant

Perform reactive maintenance on plumbing, mechanical systems, HVAC units, and building fabric.
Carry out PPM tasks according to the maintenance schedule, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Diagnose and repair faults in plumbing systems, mechanical equipment, and HVAC units.
Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and potential issues.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work carried out.
Coordinate with other maintenance team members and departments to ensure efficient workflow.
Participate in an on-call rota to provide emergency maintenance support, with a standby pay
