Key Responsibilities:

Conduct 1-1 or small group tutoring sessions tailored to the specific needs of students, including those speaking Palestinian Arabic and Ukrainian.
Teach core subjects up to the GCSE level, modifying lesson plans to address learning difficulties and highlight students' strengths.
Foster confidence and mastery in subjects such as English, Math, Science, and more.
Build strong, positive relationships to create an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere.
Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as necessary.
Qualifications:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required.
Experience working with students, particularly those speaking Palestinian Arabic and Ukrainian.
Proficiency in teaching core subjects up to the GCSE level.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and build rapport with students.
Patience, empathy, and a sincere commitment to positively impacting students' lives.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
