Salary: £300 - £325/day

Responsibilities:

* Project Planning and Execution:
* Assist in developing and implementing detailed project plans.
* Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
* Monitor and manage construction activities, including earthworks, drainage, and utilities.

Technical Expertise:
* Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
* Oversee site surveys, leveling, and setting out works.
* Provide technical guidance and support to site teams.

Quality Assurance:

* Implement quality control measures throughout the construction process.
* Conduct regular inspections and document findings.
* Ensure compliance with relevant building codes and regulations.

Health and Safety:

* Promote a safe and healthy work environment on site.
* Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols.
* Maintain accurate records and reporting on safety performance.

Teamwork and Communication:

* Collaborate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
* Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.

Problem-Solving:

* Identify and resolve technical challenges on site.
* Implement effective solutions to maintain project progress and quality.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer on civils projects.
Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and equipment.
Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or other relevant software.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Commitment to safety and quality standards.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
