Harnham are partnering with a well renowned media business, looking to develop their insights and reporting functions with this hire.

The Role:

As a Reporting & Data Enablement Lead, you will be:

• Leading a team of reporting specialists across the business, looking to build a single source of truth reporting centre.
• Combining complex viewer, product, social, sales and distribution data sets running analysis for senior leaders across the business.
• Working with C-suite and Senior Leadership teams to provide insights across multiple business functions, playing a large role in business wide strategy.
• Leveraging drivers and data sets across the business through streamlined data and reporting.
• Lead the rollout of self-serve access to regular reports.

Skills & Experience:

• Existing experience of data and reporting leadership.
• Understanding of access and analytics tools including reporting dashboards, modelling, 3rd party data and social platforms tools.
• Strong ability to communicate technical language to non-technical stakeholders.
• Prior experience managing teams.
