We are currently working with a client who is an expert supplier in the Utilities Industry. They are looking for a motivated individual to join their Accounts Receivable team.

You will mainly be working in Sales Ledger, Invoicing and cover Credit Control when necessary.

Responsibilities:

• To fully support the invoicing team in every day running of the office.
• Dealing with clients and fellow employee request
• Credit Control
• Working on the Month End accounts
• Supporting the management accountant on producing management accountants.
• Raising Invoices
• General admin / finance duties
• Supporting fellow staff to ensure work is completed correctly and operations are being performed in a timely manner.

Essential Skills:

• Strong attention to detail
• High organizational skills
• Experience in working in Excel
• Minimum 2 years in a similar role
• Finance experience essential
