Day Rate: £300-£400 per day
Location: Chesterfield
Working Pattern: Full-time, hybrid; some travel for events may be requiredAbout the Role:
As the Youth Engagement Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the Youth Guarantee Trailblazer Programme. You will:

Collaborate closely with our Youth Committee and regional youth forums to gather invaluable feedback.
Champion the voices of young people, ensuring their perspectives shape our services and initiatives.
Empower young individuals to actively contribute to decisions that impact their lives and futures.Key Responsibilities:

Lead dynamic youth engagement efforts that inspire and mobilise.
Foster strong relationships with young people, facilitating their ongoing involvement.
Coordinate and support youth-led initiatives, creating a platform for their ideas and projects.
Innovate creative strategies to involve young people in programme activities and decision-making processes.
Serve as an ambassador for youth engagement, highlighting the importance of their involvement in community work.About You:
We're looking for a passionate individual with:

Proven experience in working with youth groups, driving meaningful engagement.
A deep understanding of the challenges faced by young people and how to support their involvement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport across diverse backgrounds.
A creative, solutions-focused mindset to tackle youth engagement challenges.
The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
