Vox Consultants are hiring for a Planning Officer for a Local Authority based in the Greater Manchester area.
Please note, this is a Contract opportunity.
You will be:

Providing pre - application advice. - offering guidance to applicants.
Preparing planning documentations.
Managing applications - overseeing the entire process of planning applications.
Handling planning appeals.Essentials:

A Degree in Planning/ Designing or a related field.
Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) or eligibility for membership.
Strong working knowledge of UK Planning Laws and Regulations.
