Finishing Foreman - Dublin 13

D.O.E: €60 - €70k

Company Overview:

O'Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting for a Finishing Foreman for our client, a leading tier 1 main contractor with various ongoing projects. The Foreman will join their team on a project based in North Dublin.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all finishing works on site.
• Coordinate with tradesmen, subcontractors, and site management to ensure timely completion.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks, addressing any defects or issues promptly.
• Manage timelines and work schedules to meet project deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Liaise with project managers and provide updates on progress.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree / Higher Diploma qualification in Construction Management and/ or equivalent trade qualification
• Significant experience in a similar position.
• Excellent knowledge of trades, and in particular, carpentry.
• Background in construction.
• Excellent working knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards
• Ability to working in a team environment and collaborate with various departments.
