Elevation have the pleasure of working with an industry leading business in Sheffield, who are looking to recruit an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer with immediate effect!

Salary: £45,000- £46,000

Location: Sheffield

Hours: Days and afters with occasional nights- 1 in 10 weeks

Duties of a Electrical Maintenance Engineer:

• Being proactive within the job focussing on preventative maintenance as well as reactive maintenance of the infrastructure and Mechanical Control Systems.
• Attending to breakdowns
• Actively working on a continual improvement project to ensure yourself and the company are the best it can be!
• Dealing with PPM’s
• Working within a team environment
• Working with PLC’s

Desired experience:

• You must have at least Level 3 or above in Electrical Engineering (City and Guilds or NVQ based)
• It would be advantageous for you to have HNC and HND qualifications but not essential
• Must have experience working as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer role previously
• Have experience of Fault finding withing previous roles.
• Must have experience of working within a manufacturing environment previously
• Have experience of working with PLC’s
• Must be happy to work occasional nights for peak times (1 in 10 weeks)

• Great communication skills (reading and spoken English is Essential)
• You must be open minded and flexible to change with the needs and growth of the business
