SEN Learning Support Assistant Vacancies - London

We are currently recruiting for Special Educational Needs (SEN) Learning Support Assistants in various locations across London. These positions are available with immediate starts for part-time and full-time roles.

Please Note: Only apply if you have relevant experience in supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Applications from candidates without prior experience will not be considered.

Role Type: Part-Time and Full-Time positions available
Pay Rate: £14 - £15 per hour.
Payment Frequency: Weekly payments, with wages paid every Friday.
Immediate Start: We are looking for candidates who can start immediately.Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 or small group support for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including those with autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, or other additional needs.
Assist with personal care, if required, and help students engage with classroom activities.
Support the delivery of individual education plans (IEPs) and ensure students are able to access the curriculum.
Help with the development and implementation of strategies that promote inclusion, participation, and academic progress.
Foster a supportive and positive environment to build students' confidence and engagement.Essential Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience working as a SEN Learning Support Assistant or in a similar role supporting students with SEN.
Skills: Strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to adapt to the individual needs of students.
Safeguarding: Enhanced DBS check required (can be arranged if not already held).
Passion for SEN Support: A genuine desire to support and help students with additional learning needs succeed in their education.Contract Positions:

This is a contract position where successful applicants will be engaged through eXede Ltd on a PAYE (Pay As You Earn) basis.

Safeguarding Commitment:

We are fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults. All applicants will undergo enhanced DBS checks and Children's and/or Adults Barred List checks as part of the vetting process.
This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act.
