I am working with a local authority looking for an Interim Head of Estates to join the team. This role will involve managing the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the estates function, ensuring the efficient use and development of land and property assets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the estates team and manage property portfolios
Develop and implement estate strategies aligned with the authority's goals
Oversee property acquisitions, disposals, and development projects
Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and regulatory frameworksThe Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in estates management, ideally within the public sector
