Salary: £26,000 - £27,000 per annum
Our highly regarded Client in North West Bristol has an immediate requirement for a good all round Administrator to join this busy department. This is a varied role that encompasses elements of accounts, purchasing, administration and getting out and about to ensure the site is adhering to H & S standards.
Duties include:
- Account reconciliation and billing check
- Waste Management Plan development and implementation
- Preparation and submission of timesheets for the department
- Organise training courses; accommodation as appropriate and update competency records
- Collate department expenses monthly, authorise and submit to payroll
- Maintain records for Finance dept
- Department travel and accommodation booking
- Purchasing of department requirements
- Monthly, bi monthly, and annual report preparation.
Key Skills:
- Well organised and detail focussed individual.
- Computer literate with a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Expert level of written and spoken English.
- Full clean driving licence.
