About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students both inside and outside the classroom. You will work closely with teaching staff to enhance lesson delivery, provide one-on-one support for students who need additional help, and contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist students across a range of subjects, ensuring that each student has the opportunity to reach their full potential
Help prepare resources for lessons and support teachers in delivering engaging content
Provide targeted support to students with special educational needs (SEN) and help implement personalised interventions
Promote positive behavior and a safe, respectful learning environment
Collaborate with teachers and staff to monitor and report on student progressAbout You:

Experience in a similar role or working with children is desirable, though not essential
A genuine passion for education and helping students succeed
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
