Our client are looking to recruit a talented building surveyor who will develop with our client to become Head of Surveying.

Need to be either an associate or member of assocRICS or mrics or similar.

They are looking for someone with passion for being part of an exciting, growing company and how you can influence and steer their future growth and development.

The ideal candidate will be someone with a desire to provide exceptional client focused services who is fascinated about property and the built environment, who has the ambition to take on additional responsibility and develop into the Head of Surveying for the company, driving the company forward.

‍This is an exciting and diverse role with a range of work streams from residential and commercial surveying work, to dilapidation's matters and project management. If you are skilled in CAD and/or or any other specialist field, they would welcome discussions with you about this role. They own and operate a construction division and a property development division which they would be keen for their new Head of Surveying to be involved with.

‍The client offer training where required, they are RICS mentors and can help to tutor you through the APC process if needed. Equally if you are qualified with any number of years experience they would be delighted to talk to you.
