We are excited to be working exclusively with an innovative specialist design company, based in Bristol, who are looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This newly created role will support the growth of the business and has natural progression routes into either Sales or Management. They are a close-nit team with regular socials and lunches.What you’ll be doing

• Generating and qualifying leads
• Maintaining current client relationships
• Identifying public tender opportunities for new projects
• Engaging with previous clients
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team on marketing campaigns
• Scheduling meetings for the sales team

What you’ll need to apply

• At least 2 years of 360 sales experience
• Excellent communication skills and a clear phone manner
• Self-motivated, target-driven and good time management
• An understanding of internal CRM systems
