Working alongside the Group FC and FD, The Finance Manager will play a vital role in helping to grow the business. As the business grows, career development will be on offer. There will also be people management responsibilities allowing those who have not yet managed a team to step into management.  The roleThe Finance Manager's duties will include:

• Preparation of the monthly management accounts including completing any required analysis and reconciliations.   
• Maintain all documentation and schedules for all areas of the business.  
• Monthly contract reviews are completed and the role will have full responsibility for the preparation of underlying information
• Management of working capital or the business alongside FC and FD
• Preparation of cashflow 
• Lead all onsite finance project work 
• Develop the onsite finance team 

The PersonThe requirements for the Finance Manager role are:

• Experience of management accounts preparation in a similar business.
• Those that are qualified by experience, part qualified or qualified are welcome to apply
• Those that are audit trained seeking their first industry move will be considered
• Whilst prior management experience is desirable those looking to step up into management will be considered
• You must be an ambitious individual who is keen to grow with the needs of the business.
