Leveraging your expertise, you will ensure that our clients optimize their financial processes and systems, receiving exceptional service at every stage.* Lead workshops and presentations to thoroughly analyse and understand critical business processes.* Identify functional gaps in client systems and recommend tailored, effective solutions.* Support seamless implementation by assisting with testing, training, and data migration.* Provide ongoing support to existing clients, resolving escalated queries and issues related to financial processes and systems.* Collaborate closely with key client users to build and maintain strong, supportive relationships post go-live.MUST BE based in or within easy commuting distance of Edinburgh for regular travel.Must be a qualified accountant or be very experienced with financial processes to hold c-suite level conversations with customers.
