About the Role as Assistant Centre Manager:

As the Assistant Service Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service department.
You will support the Service Manager in ensuring the efficient, effective, and safe completion of all service activities, maintaining high standards of customer service and team management.

Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the automotive service industry, preferably in a fast-fit environment.

Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
