The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

* A minimum of 5 years' post-graduate experience, preferably within the residential sector.

* A proven track record of successfully delivering residential projects.

* A desire to achieve or have already achieved MRICS or MCIOB chartered status.

* Strong problem-solving, project management, and client relationship skills.

* The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and the potential to lead and mentor others.

The Role

Reporting directly to the directors, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our clients, with responsibilities including:

* Preparing budget estimates and elemental cost plans.

* Producing Schedules of Works and Bills of Quantities.

* Reviewing contractors' tender returns and providing detailed cost estimates.

* Overseeing contract administration, valuations, and the final account process.

* Supporting and mentoring junior team members and contributing to team leadership.
