Senior Service Advisor

Starting salary up to £30,000 per annum (pending experience).
£6,000+ additional annual bonus potential with some employees at our client earning over £12,000+ per annum.
Monday to Friday 8:00am-6:00pm with 1 in 3 Saturdays 8:30am-2:00pm paid as overtime.We are currently recruiting for a Senior Service Advisor in the Bristol area.

Our client is a multi-franchise approved car dealership and they are seeking a Senior Service Advisor to join their busy multi-franchise approved car dealership.

For your hard work as a Senior Service Advisor for our Client, you can expect a salary with up to £42,000.

Duties as a Senior Service Advisor will include:

Professionally communicate with customers about repair work required on their vehicle
Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems
Update Customers and Vehicle Records
Part of this Service Advisor role will include preparing and completing Invoices
Advise Customer on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of workOur Client is ideally seeking Senior Service Advisors who have previous working experience within a Main Dealer environment.

To be successful in this Senior Service Advisor role you will be customer-focused and have the ability to upsell effectively.
