This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong interest in conveyancing law to gain hands-on experience in a supportive and professional environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting solicitors in progressing client files, drafting legal documents, and carrying out legal research
• Preparing contracts, ordering searches, and liaising with clients, estate agents, and lenders
• Handling administrative duties, including Land Registry applications and Stamp Duty submissions
• Providing secretarial support, maintaining case files, and managing correspondence

Requirements:

• A keen interest in conveyancing law and legal processes
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Legal qualifications or relevant experience within a law firm is desirable
