My client is a residential home healthcare provider for elderly customers and they are looking for a qualified deputy manager to join their stunning service.

Our Manager role involves:

To provide leadership and support to the team in support the Registered Manager

They will have a degree of experience and leadership that provides expertise and confidence to the team and ward overall.

They will become registered manager and ensure quality care is given to all residents within their home.

To be successful as Deputy Home Manager, you'll need:

• Qualified to level 4 or above in Care

• Supervision experience essential,

• Evidence of managing a similar setting

• Good computer skills

• Experience in elderly care
