Blue Water Recruitment are currently looking for a Site Agent in Cardiff

Starting Immediately for a Permanent position

Negotiable salary available.

Responsibilities include;

Your role will be to manage a team and package of works on a high profile scheme.

You will report to the Project Manager and will assist our site supervisors by effectively communicating the project requirements.

You will be expected to proactively drive a strong health and safety culture and ensure that works you are responsible for are properly planned, programmed and resourced to achieve a successful delivery.

Key requirements;

* Essential

* Proven ability to lead the successful delivery of Civil Engineering site teams.

* CSCS card relevant to role

* SMSTS

* Proven experience of managing Health & Safety compliance within a project.

* Desirable

* Temporary Works Supervisor/Coordinator

* Crane Appointed Person

* HSG47 Underground Services

* Programming and planning experience

* Experience of utilising a direct delivery workforce
